Situated in Lowell, Ducharme Park is a peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind or let the kids burn off some energy. As one of the newer parks in the area, it's well-kept with open green spaces great for a picnic or tossing a frisbee around.

The modern playground is the main attraction here. It's got all the classics - swings (including a fun tire swing), slides, climbing structures, and even an old-school seesaw that'll bring back memories for parents. What we really appreciate is that the entire play area is safely fenced in, giving parents a bit of peace of mind while the little ones explore. Whether your kids are toddlers or tweens, there's something here to keep them entertained.

Sports & Community Vibes

Beyond the playground, you can find a nice basketball court where you can shoot some hoops or jump into an impromptu pickup game with neighbors. While Ducharme keeps things simple (sometimes less really is more), the combination of play areas and sports options makes it an excellent neighborhood spot that doesn't try to be flashy but gets the job done right.

Good to Know

Just a heads-up - there aren't any restrooms on-site, so plan accordingly. Like most community parks, Ducharme follows the natural rhythm of the day, opening at sunrise and closing at sunset.

Ducharme Park is a welcoming green space in Lowell with clean grounds and newer equipment. It's a nice spot to spend a few hours outside, whether you're bringing the family, meeting friends, or just need some fresh air.
