The park features eight lighted ball fields suitable for softball, soccer, and football games. These fields are used for various youth and adult sports leagues, including girls' softball/fast pitch for ages 4 to 18, adult softball leagues (men, women, coed, and church), flag football, and youth soccer. The park hosts regional tournaments throughout the year, utilizing all eight fields for events such as Babe Ruth regional baseball tournaments.
In addition to the ball fields, West Mobile County Park boasts an 18-hole disc golf course known as the Terri Mosley Memorial Disc Golf Course. This lighted course is designed for both leisure play and tournament competitions, attracting disc golf enthusiasts year-round.
