Bob and Arlene Cross Park is a community park located in the O'Malley/Huffman neighborhood of Anchorage, Alaska. The park has a rich history, dating back to its development by the community with three Quonset huts that became the social center for the Huffman, Birch, and O'Malley Road areas. In 1995, the land was officially designated as a park.
The park has undergone several improvements over the years. In 2003, the Parks & Recreation Department installed play equipment and birdhouses. In 2006, the park's name was changed to honor the Cross Family for their contributions to the community.
Bob and Arlene Cross Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for visitors. It features a horse-riding ring, a sports field, and a hiking/biking trail. The park also includes play equipment for young children, making it a popular destination for families.
