In spring 2024, the park underwent improvements, including updates to its playgrounds. The little kids' playground now features swings, slides, and a climbing structure, all shaded by solar panels. For sports enthusiasts, the park boasts multiple lighted courts and fields, allowing for extended play into the evening hours. These facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, though reservations may be required for some fields.
