Tanager Park

Tanager Park is a neighborhood park located in Costa Mesa, California. The park spans 7.4 acres and offers a variety of recreational facilities for local residents.

Renovated in 2022, Tanager Park now features Costa Mesa's first outdoor pickleball courts, which were converted from an existing basketball court. The park's playground equipment was also replaced during this renovation, with new multi-functional equipment installed along with a mix of sand and rubberized safety surfacing.

The park provides spaces for various sports and activities. In addition to the pickleball courts, there are basketball courts, volleyball courts (including both hard surface and sand), and open grassy areas suitable for informal sports and recreation. A playground area caters to younger visitors, while fitness equipment allows adults to exercise outdoors.

Tanager Park serves as a community gathering place, with picnic tables available for social gatherings or family outings. The park is nestled in a residential area, providing a green space for local residents to enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation.
