The park's skate facility is approximately 10,000 square feet and includes a street course with banks and rails, as well as a double bowl with metal coping. Tennyson Park is currently undergoing a significant renovation project, which began in June 2024 and is expected to be completed in mid-2025. The renovation includes updates to existing facilities and the addition of new features such as a pump track, modifications to the skate park, new basketball and Bankshot courts, improved picnic areas, new site furnishings, lighting, pedestrian walkways, a new parking lot, and new bioretention basins.
