Patterson Park is set to undergo significant renovations thanks to a $7,150,000 state grant awarded in 2021. The planned improvements include the addition of a jogging/walking loop, two soccer fields, a full basketball court, six fitness nodes, a splash pad, and a community plaza. The project also encompasses the construction of a new restroom and storage building, two playgrounds with shade structures, public art installations, and various landscaping enhancements.
