Norm Fratis Park

Norm Fratis Park is a neighborhood park located in Roseville, California. The park spans approximately five acres and was dedicated in December 2011. It is named after Norman Francis Fratis, Jr., a lifelong Roseville resident who was deeply involved in the community.
