Park at Tallgrass

The Park at Tallgrass is a 9.35-acre neighborhood park located in Aurora, Colorado. Situated near Quincy Avenue, it is the newest addition to the Trails Park and Recreation District. The park features a paved walking trail that forms a 0.34-mile loop, providing residents with an opportunity for leisurely strolls or light exercise. This walking path also connects to the Mesa Open Space Trail to the northwest, allowing for extended walks or hikes.

One of the park's main attractions is its 9-hole disc golf course. Each hole is a par 3, with distances ranging from 169 feet to 356 feet, offering a variety of challenges for disc golf enthusiasts. The course layout takes advantage of the park's natural terrain, providing an engaging experience for players of different skill levels.

In addition to the disc golf course and walking trail, the Park at Tallgrass includes a basketball court, catering to those who enjoy team sports or shooting hoops. The park also features a playground designed for children ages 2-12, making it a family-friendly destination.

The park is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, allowing visitors to enjoy its amenities throughout the day. While the park does not have on-site parking spaces, it is easily accessible to nearby residents.
