West Perrine Park

West Perrine Park is a 9.2-acre community park located in Cutler Bay, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The park offers a serene setting with lush greenery and well-maintained paths, providing a tranquil escape for visitors seeking outdoor recreation and relaxation.

The park features a variety of sports facilities and recreational amenities. One of the highlights is the Family Aquatic Center, which opened in 2016. This water park includes walk-in swimming pools and a bath house, enhancing the park's appeal for families and swimmers.

West Perrine Park is equipped with exercise facilities to promote physical fitness among community members. In July 2012, the park became home to Miami-Dade County's first Fitness Zone® installation, funded by the MetLife Foundation. This addition provides free exercise equipment for park visitors to use.

The park's layout includes both active and passive recreation areas. Visitors can enjoy the shaded playground, making it an ideal spot for children to play. The park also offers picnic facilities, allowing families and groups to gather for outdoor meals and socializing.

West Perrine Park is open to the public Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with availability on weekends for rentals as needed. The park is managed by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department, which oversees its maintenance and operations.
