Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park is an 11-acre community park located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Situated in Miami, this park serves the surrounding neighborhood with a variety of recreational facilities and programs.
The park, which was formerly known as Deerwood Park, was renamed to reflect its proximity to the Deerwood Bonita Lakes community. It is conveniently located near Florida State Road 826 and north of Zoo Miami and Larry & Penny Thompson Park.
Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park offers a range of amenities for visitors of all ages. The park features sports facilities including baseball fields, basketball courts, and a lighted soccer field. For younger visitors, there is a playground area. The park also includes picnic areas and walkways, making it suitable for leisurely strolls and family outings.
One of the notable features of Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park is its dog-friendly policy. While dogs must be kept on leashes, owners are welcome to walk their pets along the park's pathways. To maintain cleanliness, the park provides bag dispensers and waste baskets throughout the grounds.

The park's operating hours are from sunrise to sunset, with office hours running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For those interested in renting the park's facilities, building rentals are available from 6 p.m. to a.m. on weekdays.
