Fletcher Park

Fletcher Park is a public recreational area located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The park is dedicated to the memory of Donnith H. Fletcher, the first Pembroke Pines resident to be killed in the Vietnam War. This active park serves as a valuable community resource, offering a range of facilities for sports and leisure activities.

The park features four baseball/softball fields, providing ample space for local teams and recreational players to practice and compete. Two batting cages are available for those looking to improve their hitting skills. For families and children, there is a playground area where youngsters can engage in active play.

It's worth noting that as of November 7, 2022, the basketball court at Fletcher Park was permanently closed due to the expansion of the Water Plant. However, additional basketball facilities are available at nearby Pines Recreation located at 7400 Pines Boulevard.
