Perry Park

Perry Park is a 21-acre municipal park located on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The park offers a variety of recreational facilities and amenities for visitors of all ages.

One of the unique features of Perry Park is its indoor ice skating rink, which is open from September through April each year. The NHL-sized rink hosts public skating sessions, freestyle skating hours, and hockey programming. It is home to several local hockey organizations, including the South Stars High School Hockey Club and the South Indy Youth Hockey Association.

In addition to the ice rink, Perry Park features outdoor recreational facilities that are available year-round. The park includes basketball and tennis courts for visitors to enjoy. There is also a playground area for children.

During the warmer months, Perry Park's seasonal outdoor swimming pool is a popular attraction. The pool area includes water features like sprayers and slides to provide additional fun for swimmers.

Perry Park also offers green spaces and picnic areas for relaxation and gatherings. Two shelters with picnic tables are available for use by visitors. The park's sports field provides space for various activities and games.
