Acacia Park

Acacia Park is a 16-acre public park located in Henderson, Nevada. The park is home to the Acacia Demonstration Gardens, a collaborative effort between the City of Henderson, the Conservation District of Southern Nevada, and other local organizations.

The Demonstration Gardens showcase a variety of water-efficient landscaping examples suitable for the dry desert climate of the region. Visitors can explore over 100 different plant species, many of which are drought-tolerant and low-maintenance. The gardens provide visual examples of landscape possibilities and information about the displayed plants, serving as an educational resource for residents interested in sustainable gardening practices.

In addition to its botanical features, Acacia Park offers a range of recreational amenities for visitors of all ages. The park includes sports facilities such as a ball field and a basketball court, providing opportunities for various athletic activities.
