Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation is a vast network of parks, facilities, and outdoor spaces located throughout Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The department manages over 290 parks and facilities spread across more than 22,500 acres of parkland, providing diverse recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
The park system includes a variety of natural areas, from urban parks to large nature preserves.
