One of the park's main attractions is The Edge complex, located on the south end of the park. This area includes one of the largest outdoor concrete skate parks in Texas, two roller hockey rinks, and a BMX track. The skate park and roller hockey rinks are open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., while the BMX track operates from 8 a.m. to dusk. These outdoor facilities are free and open to the public.

For sports enthusiasts, Allen Station Park boasts multiple athletic fields. There is a four-plex softball complex shaded by existing trees and a five-plex baseball complex. These well-maintained fields make the park a popular destination for local sports leagues and tournaments.
