Norwood Tract at Town Lake Metropolitan Park

Norwood Tract is a section of Town Lake Metropolitan Park located in Austin, Texas. The park sits atop a bluff on the southern side of Lady Bird Lake, west of I-35. The centerpiece of this tract is the historic Norwood House, a 1922 Craftsman-style bungalow built by local developer Ollie O. Norwood and his wife Calie.

The Norwood Tract spans approximately 9.5 acres of public parkland, offering visitors scenic views of Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin.
