Groves Park

Groves Park is a 14.3-acre public park located in Garland, Texas. The park is situated next to the Jackson Technology Center for Math and Science, providing recreational space for the local community and students.

The park features multiple sports facilities, with a focus on baseball and tennis. It contains two lighted baseball diamonds, including a large field named after Boyce Howard Patterson, a Vietnam Veteran and Garland resident known for his extensive service with the Northwest Garland Little League. The smaller baseball field is also lighted. Additionally, there is a practice backstop for baseball training.

For tennis enthusiasts, Groves Park offers two unlighted tennis courts. The park also includes open green spaces, allowing for various recreational activities and relaxation.
