Hobart Taylor Park is a community park located in Houston, Texas. Established in 1959, this 7-acre green space serves as a recreational hub for the Settegast neighborhood in northeast Houston.
The park has undergone significant renovations as part of the Houston HOPE Program, an initiative aimed at revitalizing historic neighborhoods. In 2022, Mayor Sylvester Turner unveiled improvements to the park, which included upgrades to various facilities.
Hobart Taylor Park features a diverse range of amenities catering to different age groups and interests. The park includes a resurfaced walking trail that spans 0.49 miles, providing visitors with an opportunity for exercise and leisurely strolls. For sports enthusiasts, the park offers a lighted sports field and a covered basketball court.
