Enfield Park

Enfield Park is an athletic field complex located in Plano, Texas. The park is primarily designed for scheduled use by local athletic organizations and the general public to conduct games and practices in various sports. Covering an area of 47.9 acres, Enfield Park offers a serene and picturesque ambiance, making it an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts and recreational activities.

The park features eight lighted baseball fields, providing ample space for multiple levels of competitive baseball. These fields are fenced and equipped with grassed infields, ensuring a quality playing surface for athletes. The lighting system allows for extended hours of play, accommodating evening games and practices.

Enfield Park is undergoing significant improvements to enhance its facilities. The Plano City Council has approved a nearly $8.5 million contract for upgrades, which include the replacement of restroom buildings in the northern and southern areas of the park, as well as the replacement of pole lighting for the eight ballfields. The lighting improvements will transition to LED lights and include the replacement of lighting controls, wiring, light poles and fixtures, switch gears, and underground conduits.

The park's location on the outskirts of a sprawling suburb adds to its appeal, offering a blend of suburban convenience and natural beauty.
