Spring District Park

Spring District Park is a 1.8-acre public space located in the heart of the Spring District, a new transit-oriented development in Bellevue, Washington. The park serves as a central gathering place for residents, workers, and visitors in this growing neighborhood.

Designed by Gustafson Guthrie Nichol (GGN), the park features a large central lawn area surrounded by trees and landscaping. This open space provides flexibility for various activities and events. A water feature adds visual interest and helps create a pleasant atmosphere within the urban setting.

The park was completed in 2020 as part of the first phase of the Spring District development. It is intended to host a range of activities, from casual relaxation to community events. The design incorporates sustainable elements and aims to create a walkable, pedestrian-friendly environment within the larger mixed-use district.
