Wiggums Hollow Park

Wiggums Hollow Park is a 10-acre recreation area located in Everett, Washington. This beautiful, 40-year-old park offers a variety of features and amenities for visitors of all ages. The park is open daily from 6 am until dusk.

One of the park's central attractions is its spectacular play area, which includes equipment with rooflines reflecting those from countries around the world. This unique design provides an educational and culturally diverse play experience for children. The park also features a labyrinth, adding an element of intrigue and contemplation for visitors.

In June 2008, the Wiggums Hollow Skate Park opened within the park grounds, providing a dedicated space for skateboarding enthusiasts. The park also includes ample open green spaces, perfect for picnics, casual sports, or simply relaxing in nature.

Wiggums Hollow Park has a connection to local education, as it includes a learning garden that the nearby grade school uses for outdoor classrooms. Students can study nature, art, and culture in this hands-on environment. The learning garden features raised beds, further enhancing its educational value.

The park was named in honor of Arnold Wiggum, a former principal of Everett's Hawthorne Elementary School, recognizing his contributions to local education.
