In June 2008, the Wiggums Hollow Skate Park opened within the park grounds, providing a dedicated space for skateboarding enthusiasts. The park also includes ample open green spaces, perfect for picnics, casual sports, or simply relaxing in nature.
Wiggums Hollow Park has a connection to local education, as it includes a learning garden that the nearby grade school uses for outdoor classrooms.
