Beaver Dam Park

Beaver Dam Park is a 17.24-acre community park located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The park offers a variety of recreational facilities and natural spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy. Situated on the campus of MacArthur Elementary School, the park is accessible when school is not in session.

The park features multiple sports facilities, including softball diamonds, tennis courts, and a football field. One notable feature is the supervised hockey rink and skating rink, which provides winter recreational opportunities for the community. The park also includes a playground area for children.

Beaver Dam Park offers ample green space with picnic areas, making it an ideal location for family outings and community gatherings. There are 8 picnic tables scattered throughout the park for visitors to use. The park's natural setting provides opportunities for walking and observing local wildlife.

The park's development has been a collaborative effort between the city and the community. In 1988, the MacArthur School Parent Teacher Organization donated playground equipment to enhance the park's facilities. Further improvements were made in subsequent years, with additional funds raised by the PTO for playground enhancements.
