Sherwood Forest Park

Sherwood Forest Park is a small neighborhood park located in southwest Madison, Wisconsin, approximately 5 miles from the city's Capitol Square. The park encompasses 1.41 acres and is classified as a mini park by the City of Madison Parks Division.

The park is situated on Friar Lane, providing recreational space for residents in the surrounding residential area. The park is open daily from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering visitors access to basic amenities for outdoor activities and leisure.

In 2024, the City of Madison Parks Division undertook improvements to update the playground equipment at Sherwood Forest Park.
