Cuddy Family Midtown Park is a 15.4-acre urban oasis located at 201 W. 40th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska. The park has been steadily developed since its initial purchase in 1984, evolving into a central and vital gathering place for the Anchorage community.

The park features a unique layout that includes a large lagoon, which serves as a focal point for various activities. In the warmer months, the lagoon attracts a cacophony of ducks and migrating waterfowl, providing visitors with opportunities for wildlife observation. During winter, a section of the lagoon remains open, becoming a popular spot for cold-loving mallards to congregate.
