About Doyle Community Park in Roseville
Doyle Ranch Park is a 25-acre neighborhood park located in the southwestern portion of Roseville, California. The park stretches up to the banks of Dry Creek, offering visitors a blend of natural scenery and recreational facilities. Dedicated in 1999, this public space provides a perfect setting for residents to enjoy their day, surrounded by beautiful trees.
The park features both developed recreational areas and natural spaces. A 4-acre municipal park area houses various facilities for community use, while the remaining space is occupied by a 10-year-old oak woodland, adding to the park's natural beauty.
Doyle Ranch Park is open from sunrise to sunset, allowing visitors to enjoy its amenities throughout the day. The park is easily accessible to local residents in the southwestern Roseville area.
In an effort to enhance the park's ecological value, a 1200-foot pollinator hedgerow has been established along the walking path that borders the municipal park and continues along its northern boundary. This project, implemented in partnership with the Placer County Parks Division and The Dry Creek Conservancy, involved planting 204 California native plants. The hedgerow not only restores habitat for pollinators but also provides milkweed and nectar within the Western Monarch's first stopover zone during their eastward migration.
