Cesar Chavez Community Park

Cesar Chavez Community Park is a spacious 29.6-acre public park located in Salinas, California. The park offers a serene environment for visitors, featuring lush greenery and well-maintained grounds. Recently renovated, the park now includes a new granite trail that provides a loop for walking or running. This addition enhances the park's appeal for fitness enthusiasts and casual strollers alike. The renovation also included a connection to Circle Drive, improving accessibility for the surrounding community.

In 2024, the park saw the completion of a significant addition - a full-sized synthetic turf soccer field. This project, funded by Measure G and a Proposition 40 Grant from the State Department of Park and Recreation, also included upgrades to the irrigation system, drainage improvements, and various landscaping enhancements. The new soccer field serves as a recreational asset for the Alisal community.
