Canyon Country Park

Canyon Country Park is a multi-level public park located in Santa Clarita, California. Spanning approximately 17 acres, this community park offers a variety of recreational facilities and open spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy.

The park features a western-themed playground that opened in January 2020, known as the Inclusive Play Area. This 9,500 square foot play area is designed to be accessible for people of all abilities, allowing children and adults to play and interact together. The playground includes several unique elements such as a two-track zip line with both a Zero-G seat and a steel disc seat, an accessible merry-go-round, and various types of swings and slides designed to accommodate different needs.

Canyon Country Park also includes large grassy areas suitable for picnics and casual sports activities. The park provides ample seating with picnic tables and benches scattered throughout the grounds. For more organized sports, there is a lighted softball diamond available for community use.

The park's layout incorporates walking paths that offer scenic views of the surrounding area, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls or more vigorous exercise routines. A fitness zone within the park provides additional opportunities for outdoor workouts.

Community gatherings are facilitated by the presence of a community room equipped with kitchen facilities, which can be reserved for events. The park's design also includes public restrooms for visitor convenience.

Canyon Country Park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing ample time for community members to enjoy its facilities throughout the day.
