Thundercloud Park

Thundercloud Park is a neighborhood park located in Arvada, Colorado, just down the street from North Arvada Middle School. Spanning nearly ten acres, the park offers visitors panoramic views of both the Denver metropolitan area and the Front Range mountains. Situated at an elevation of 5,574 feet, Thundercloud Park provides an excellent vantage point for observing the surrounding landscape.

The park is built atop a buried water storage tank, which adds an interesting element to its design and functionality. Maintained by Arvada Parks, Thundercloud Park serves as a local recreational area for residents and visitors alike.

In 2021, the park received an artistic addition with the installation of a mural painting titled "Betrothed To The Unknown" by artist Mark Bueno. This public art piece, created using paint on concrete, adds a cultural dimension to the park's features.
