Dove Valley Regional Park

Dove Valley Regional Park, located in Centennial, Colorado, is a recently renovated outdoor space that offers a variety of recreational opportunities for visitors. The park, which reopened in July 2024 after an $18 million makeover, has doubled in size to over 90 acres.

The park features an extensive network of walking trails, including a 1.4-mile concrete and crusher fine path that winds through the area, providing scenic routes for walkers and joggers. Athletic fields are a prominent feature of the park, catering to various sports enthusiasts and hosting programmed activities during the fall season.

For families and children, Dove Valley Regional Park includes a large playground designed for ages 2-12. The park also caters to dog owners with a dedicated off-leash dog park where pets can roam freely.

Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the outdoor fitness equipment installed throughout the park. For those seeking winter activities, the park includes a sledding hill for snowy days.

The renovation has also improved the park's infrastructure, adding a new 165-car parking lot to accommodate more visitors, as well as upgrading the existing picnic shelters and restroom facilities.

While most of the park's features are complete, as of the reopening in July 2024, the bike park and pump track were still under construction, with an expected completion later in the summer.
