Frances L. Abreu Place

Abreu Place is a small public park located in the Rio Vista neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The park extends north from Rio Vista Boulevard to the New River, occupying the space that was formerly the northern end of SE 9th Avenue.

This compact green space provides residents and visitors with a peaceful spot to enjoy views of the New River. The park's location at the end of a residential street offers a quiet retreat from the busier areas of Fort Lauderdale.

While limited in size, Abreu Place serves as a community gathering point and allows public access to the waterfront in this largely residential area. The park is maintained by the City of Fort Lauderdale as part of its network of neighborhood green spaces.
