Situated along the Atlanta BeltLine's Southside Trail, D.H. Stanton Park offers a variety of amenities for visitors of all ages. The park features a dynamic playground for year-round use and a popular splash pad that operates daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between May 1 and October 1.
One of the park's notable features is its commitment to sustainability. D.H. Stanton Park is Atlanta's first energy-cost-neutral park, equipped with photovoltaic solar panels atop its shade structure. This eco-friendly design helps offset the park's energy consumption.
The park provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities, including walking and running on its lighted paved pathway. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the youth league baseball diamond, which comes complete with bleachers, dugouts, and a press box.
