Garfield Park

Garfield Park, located in Aurora, Illinois, is a historic and cherished green space spanning 28 acres. Notably, the City of Aurora has proposed modernizations and renovations for Garfield Park, supported by a $600,000 grant application through the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Program (OSLAD). Future upgrades may include an inclusive playground, splash pads, street soccer courts, pickleball courts, accessible pathways, and other improvements, aiming to enhance the park's offerings for all visitors.
