Visitors can also enjoy the park's 0.65-mile paved exercise and fitness trail, which connects to the larger Canal Hike and Bike Trails—a 4.9-mile path extending underneath and alongside the I-135 Canal Route.
Picnic enthusiasts can take advantage of the 48 stationary picnic tables, including a unique horseshoe-shaped table that seats 75 people.
