Canterbury Park

Canterbury Park is a 20-acre neighborhood park located within Canterbury Square and Wellington Estates on Inglewood Avenue in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The park features a variety of recreational facilities and amenities for visitors to enjoy.

The park includes a 3/4 mile walking trail that connects a perimeter loop around Highland Park Elementary School to Blackwell Road and Bingham Drive. This trail provides an opportunity for visitors to engage in walking, jogging, or other forms of exercise while enjoying the park's surroundings.

Canterbury Park offers sports enthusiasts multiple options for recreation. The park contains two ballfields suitable for baseball or softball, as well as a dedicated soccer field. For those interested in other sports, there are tennis courts and a sand volleyball court available.

Families with children can take advantage of the park's playground equipment, providing a space for younger visitors to play and explore. During the winter months, the park features hockey and ice skating rinks, along with a warming house that serves as a shelter for visitors.

The park is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., allowing residents and visitors ample time to enjoy its facilities throughout the day.
