Santa Fe Village Park is a public recreational area located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This 12.27-acre park serves the local community with various outdoor facilities.
The park features a short loop trail that circles the children's playground, with the southern segment being slightly steeper. There is also a longer loop trail available for visitors who prefer a more extended walk. The short loop is approximately 0.3 miles long with a difficulty grade of 1, while the longer loop extends to about 0.7 miles with a difficulty grade of 1-2. Both trails have a concrete surface that is 4-6 feet wide, making them accessible for most visitors.
Santa Fe Village Park provides a mix of active and passive recreational opportunities. The park includes sports fields for activities such as soccer, a playground for children, and a designated dog park area where pets can exercise off-leash. Basketball enthusiasts can enjoy the half-court available on site, while those interested in volleyball can make use of the sand court.
For visitors' convenience, parking is available north of the nearby Taylor Ranch Library. The park is also accessible via public transportation, with ABQ Ride bus routes #94 and #162 stopping nearby.
As with all City of Albuquerque parks, Santa Fe Village Park is open from 6:00 am until midnight. Visitors are reminded to follow park rules, including keeping dogs leashed outside of designated areas and properly disposing of waste.
