Latta Park

Latta Park is a 31-acre urban park located at 601 East Park Avenue in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. The park was established in 1897 and is named after Edward Dilworth Latta, a prominent Charlotte entrepreneur and real estate developer of the early 20th century.

The park features a diverse range of recreational facilities and natural areas. It is known for its mature tree canopy, which includes oaks, hickories, and tulip poplars.
