Wooten Meadow Park is a 21.1-acre green space located at 2801 West Millbrook Road in Northwest Raleigh, North Carolina. The park is situated along Hare Snipe Creek, which forms its western and southern boundaries. A significant portion of the park lies within the creek's floodplain, making it susceptible to flooding during periods of heavy rainfall.
