About Happy Hill Park in Winston Salem
Happy Hill Park is a public recreational area located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The park is part of the city's Recreation and Parks Department.
Happy Hill Park has historical significance as it is located in one of Winston-Salem's oldest African American neighborhoods. The area, originally used by Moravians for farming, later became a town plantation and slave quarters.
