Wesleyan MetroPark

Wesleyan MetroPark is a 62-acre natural area located within the city limits of Dayton, Ohio. Situated along Wolf Creek, the park offers visitors a serene retreat from urban life while remaining easily accessible. The park's landscape is characterized by beautiful woodlands and scenic views of Wolf Creek, providing a habitat for local wildlife.

The park features approximately 1.5 miles of trails, including paved paths and nature trails. One notable feature is a picturesque railroad bridge that can be seen from the paved trail. These trails offer opportunities for hiking and nature observation, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the park's natural beauty.

Wesleyan MetroPark is not just a place for outdoor recreation; it also hosts Adventure Central, a youth education program that provides various activities and learning opportunities for children. The park is open year-round, with extended hours during the warmer months. From April to October, it is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, while from November to March, the hours are 8 AM to 8 PM.
