Riverbend Park is a 13.1-acre public park located along the banks of the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon. Situated near the Old Mill District, the park provides year-round river access and recreational opportunities for visitors and residents alike.
The park features open lawn areas ideal for picnicking and casual sports. A network of scenic paved and unpaved paths winds through the park, connecting to the larger Deschutes River Trail system. These trails offer opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling while taking in views of the river and surrounding landscape.
Riverbend Park serves as a popular put-in spot for river floaters during the summer months. Multiple river access points allow visitors to easily enter the water for activities like floating, paddling, and fishing. For dog owners, the park features an off-leash area with river access where dogs can play and cool off in the water. This fenced area is located in a gravel lot on the east side of the park.
