Lone Lane Park is a 17.4-acre public recreational area located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Situated between the Windermere and Kraft Village developments, the park offers a variety of amenities for visitors of all ages.
The park features a large playground with active play components, providing an engaging space for children to explore and have fun. A spacious open grassy area is available for games and activities, allowing families and groups to enjoy outdoor recreation.
One of the park's notable features is its large pavilion, which is suitable for gatherings and picnics. With a capacity of 300 people, it's the largest pavilion in Upper Macungie Township's park system. The pavilion is equipped with picnic tables, electrical outlets, and lights on a timer, making it ideal for various events.
Lone Lane Park caters to sports enthusiasts with its baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. For those who enjoy less strenuous activities, the park also offers horseshoe pits. A paved and stoned walking path, approximately one mile long, winds through the park, providing a pleasant route for walkers, joggers, and cyclists.
Visitors will find ample parking available, with a large paved lot accommodating 246 vehicles. The park is equipped with restroom facilities and water fountains for visitor convenience. Additionally, trash receptacles are placed throughout the grounds to help maintain cleanliness.
