River Legacy East

River Legacy Parks East is a 54-acre public park located in Arlington, Texas. Situated along the eastern edge of the larger River Legacy Park system, this park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for visitors.

The park features a half-mile hike and bike trail that winds through the natural landscape, providing a scenic route for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. The trail connects to the larger network of paths in the main River Legacy Park, allowing for extended excursions.

River Legacy Parks East includes two playgrounds designed for different age groups. One playground is tailored for children aged 2-5, while the other caters to children aged 5-12. Both playgrounds are equipped with shade structures to provide relief from the Texas sun.

For sports enthusiasts, the park offers practice fields that can be used for various activities. There are also sand volleyball courts available for casual games or organized events.
