Arrowhead Park

Arrowhead Park is a community park located in Arlington, Texas, specifically within the Viridian master-planned community. The park spans 1.4 acres and is situated at the intersection of Parmalee Gulch Road and Isoleta Road in the Indian Hills area. It is owned by Christian Fellowship Church and Indian Hills Fire District but is leased and maintained by the Evergreen Park & Recreation District.

In the spring of 2012, the Arrowhead Park Improvement Project was completed, which included the installation of new playground equipment. This enhancement added to the park's existing features, making it a more comprehensive recreational space for the community.

The park serves as a local gathering spot for residents, offering a mix of active and passive recreational opportunities. It provides a space for outdoor activities, relaxation, and community interaction. While the park is part of the Viridian community, it's important to note that it may be exclusive to Viridian residents.

Arrowhead Park includes both paved and natural areas. An asphalt trail winds through the park, providing a path for walking, jogging, or cycling. The park also features an asphalt basketball pad for those interested in playing basketball or other court sports.

For families and children, the park offers a playground area with updated equipment, providing a safe and fun environment for younger visitors. Additionally, there's a sand volleyball court for those who enjoy beach sports.

The park also caters to pet owners, with a designated off-leash area for dogs. This feature allows residents to exercise and socialize their canine companions in a controlled environment.
