Mary Will Craig Park

Mary Will Craig Park is a 10-acre neighborhood park in McKinney, Texas. Originally opened in 1998, the park underwent a complete renovation in 2023 to enhance its design and improve the visitor experience.

The park features a full looped hike and bike concrete trail that runs along Bois D'Arc Rd and Dowell Street, providing a space for physical activity and recreation. This trail is positioned north of the open play areas, allowing visitors to exercise while keeping an eye on children participating in sports or other activities. The same looped trail also runs along the west side of the baseball diamond, which is fenced for all age levels.

Mary Will Craig Park includes a variety of recreational facilities to cater to different interests and age groups. It offers a barrier-free playground with an asphalt track, ensuring accessibility for all visitors. The park also features outdoor workout equipment, a skate spot, and ground games for additional recreational options.

For sports enthusiasts, the park provides a full baseball diamond, a basketball court, and open turf areas that can be used as practice soccer fields. Visitors can also enjoy amenities such as swings and a picnic shelter, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
