At the heart of Eldridge Park is a scenic 5-acre pond, which serves as a focal point for various activities. The pond is stocked with fish on a semi-regular basis by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, providing opportunities for fishing enthusiasts. The park boasts an extensive network of trails, including a 0.4-mile paved loop trail, perfect for walking, jogging, or casual strolls. These trails wind through beautifully landscaped areas, offering visitors a chance to enjoy nature and get some exercise.

For sports enthusiasts, Eldridge Park features ten well-lit soccer fields. While most of these fields are reserved for league play, two fields are available for open play, catering to both organized sports events and casual recreational use.
