Harmon Park is a public park located in Provo, Utah. The park spans approximately 3.7 acres and offers various recreational facilities for the local community.
The park features two softball fields which are also used as soccer fields during the fall season. These unlit fields are available for use from March 1 through November 1, depending on weather conditions. The north field has pitching distances of 35', 40', and 50', with base distances of 60' and 65'. Its outfield fence distance is 275' on the left field, with no fence on the right field. The south field has pitching distances of 35' and 40', a 60' base distance, and an outfield fence distance of 250' on the right field, with no fence on the left field.
Harmon Park provides ample green space and is adorned with large shade trees, offering visitors a pleasant environment for relaxation and outdoor activities. The park also includes permanent restroom facilities for visitor convenience.
One of the park's notable features is its popular playground, which includes a boat-themed structure. This unique element has led to the park being affectionately known as the "Boat Park" by local residents.
The park was acquired by Bend Kiwanis with a donation from New York philanthropist William Harmon. It was later redeveloped in 1999, enhancing its facilities and appeal to the community.
