Riverside Park

Riverside Park is a public outdoor space located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The park is situated along the Jordan River, providing visitors with access to natural water features and riverside scenery. Established in the early 20th century, Riverside Park has been a fixture of the local community for over a century.

The park spans approximately 21 acres and features a mix of open green spaces and recreational facilities. Its location on 700 North, just east of the bridge over the Jordan River, makes it easily accessible to residents in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Riverside Park is known for its sports facilities, particularly its baseball fields. The park played a role in local baseball history, with some of its fields dating back to the 1950s. In recent years, the park has benefited from community investment, including the installation of new lighting on two baseball fields in 2024, funded through a partnership between the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation and Salt Lake City.
