Westpointe Park

Westpointe Park is a community park located in the northwest portion of Salt Lake City, Utah. Situated at 1920 West Colonel Road, this park serves as a recreational hub for the Westpointe neighborhood. The park spans several acres, providing ample space for various outdoor activities and sports.

The park features multiple athletic fields, catering to different sports and age groups. There are two soccer fields and a baseball field, allowing for organized team sports as well as casual play. For basketball enthusiasts, the park offers a full-court basketball area. Tennis players can enjoy two tennis courts available on the grounds.

Westpointe Park is designed with community gatherings in mind. It features a pavilion that can be reserved for group events, making it an ideal location for picnics, family reunions, or other social gatherings. The pavilion is equipped with power outlets, though usage is limited to 15 amps.

For visitors' convenience, the park includes restroom facilities and a drinking fountain attached to the restroom building. There is also ample parking available for those driving to the park.

The park is open from sunrise to sunset, with lighted court facilities remaining open until 9:00 PM. This extended evening access allows residents to enjoy the park's amenities even after the sun goes down.
