Miami Park

Miami Park is a neighborhood park located in Salt Lake City's Westpointe area. The park received a significant upgrade in July 2022 with the installation of a new community-designed playground. This playground project was a collaborative effort between Salt Lake City, the Pure Good Foundation, and KABOOM!, a national non-profit organization dedicated to bringing playspaces to communities in need.

The new playground was designed with input from local children and community members, who shared their ideas during a design day held in May 2022. Over 100 volunteers participated in the installation of the play equipment, creating a space that reflects the needs and desires of the neighborhood it serves.

Miami Park aims to provide a safe, accessible place for children in the Westpointe neighborhood to play and for families to gather. The upgraded facilities serve hundreds of local children and their families, offering opportunities for physical activity, social interaction, and community bonding.
